How to get to the CEMES





Get to the CEMES from the city center

Metro
Take the metro line B in the direction of Ramonville and get off at the sation "Saouzelong". From here there is a 5 min walk to the CEMES lab.
Bus
You can take the bus number 44 that goes through the city center of Toulouse and get off at the stop "Saouzelong".

The public transport system of Toulouse is not registered on Google Maps. We therefore recommend that you download the application Tisséo to organize your travels. Here you can find all the information and schedules for the public transportation whithin Toulouse and also to the airport.
You can also download the following app to buy your transportation ticket by phone: TICKET easy (only available for Android). With this you can use the NFC on your phone to validate your ticket when taking the metro or bus.

Get to Toulouse

Plane

When you arrive at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, you have multiple possibilities to get to the city center of Toulouse:

  • Airport shuttle bus: The airport shuttle will take you to the center of Toulouse, Jean-Jaurès (ligne B du métro), and end up at train station. The shuttle stop is located just outside of exit C2 on the main floor of the airport arrivals area.
  • Tram: Tramline 2 goes between the airport and the station Palais de justice (metro B). It also stops at Arenes which is a metro stop for line A that will take you straigh to metro station Esquirol (line A) or Jean Jaures (Line A and B).
  • Taxi: There is a line of taxis located outside exit B3 (Hall B) et C1 (Hall C) at the arrival area of the airport.


Train

Once you have arrived at Toulouse Matabiau train station, you can follow the sign to the metro station "Marengo SNCF" (line A). If you want to come directly to the CEMES from the train station you have to change lines at "Jean Jaurès" and take the line B in the direction of Ramonville and get off at the stop "Saouzelong".
